$99/month per workspace. That includes full client management (clients, computer monitoring, managed backup tracking and alert emails) for your whole team, plus 1 client website. Each additional website is $50/month. Cancel any time.
No. Everything runs in your web browser on any computer, phone or tablet, and we host and update it for you.
Windows 10 and 11 PCs. The PC health agent doesn't run on Macs yet, though you can still keep Mac clients, their plans and their websites in your workspace; their computers just won't check in or raise alerts.
Copy the install command from Settings → Monitoring setup and run it on a PC, or add it to your RMM as a script so every PC gets it. Each PC checks in within a few minutes and appears under Assign New Machines with a suggested client. After that it reports twice a day and at startup, and updates itself.
Windows Update (last installed, waiting, restart needed), antivirus of any brand with its definitions, firewall, BitLocker and Windows activation, disk health and SSD wear, free space on every drive, disk errors and temperature, laptop battery health, Windows 11 readiness, hardware details, time since the last restart, backup results and a weekly internet speed test.
Machines that have gone offline, low disk space, failing disks and worn SSDs, overdue updates, PCs that haven't restarted, antivirus, firewall and BitLocker problems, tired batteries, failed backups and warranties about to end, plus new machines that haven't been assigned to a client. You choose the thresholds and which checks count toward a client's alerts.
A tray icon with your logo in their taskbar. Clicking it lets them book a visit, see their computer's health on a dashboard hosted on your own website, or get your phone number. You choose what the dashboard shows, or turn it off.
Yes. A summary email each morning lists everything that needs attention, and you can send clients a ready-made email about low disk space, disk errors or failed backups in one click, under your own business name.
You choose: every hour, every 2, 4, 6 or 12 hours, or once a day, in Settings → Monitoring & alerts. PCs also check in a few minutes after every restart. When you change it, each PC switches at its next check-in.
Yes. Add each business as a brand with its own name, logo, color, phone and email. Each client picks a brand, and their tray icon, dashboard and emails all use it. A brand can even send through its own email account.
Yes. Give each machine a backup level you name yourself, record how many GB it uses, and get a reminder when a managed backup hasn't been checked in for too long.
Switch it on in Settings and the PC health agent installs RustDesk on each PC, connects it to our private server and keeps an unattended password on it. In your Alert Center, Connect opens RustDesk on your computer straight to that PC. You install RustDesk on your own computer once and enter two settings we show you.
Not day to day. The agent removes RustDesk's desktop shortcut and, unless you turn it back on, hides its tray icon. When you connect, they see RustDesk's connection window, and you can choose per client whether they have to click Accept first.
Each PC's password changes on its own every day and is stored encrypted. Only people with full access to your workspace can connect or see a password, and every connection is recorded in your audit log. Turn remote access off and RustDesk is removed from the PCs at their next check-in.
Yes. Install RustDesk on your iPhone, iPad or Android phone (App Store, or rustdesk.com for Android), and enter the same two server settings as on your computer. Then tap Ask or Connect on a machine in the Alert Center: the app opens straight to that PC, with no codes to copy. Phones control PCs; the agent sets up Windows PCs only.
Add it from your Billing page: up to 25 PCs for $12/month, up to 100 PCs for $25/month, up to 300 PCs for $45/month, up to 1000 PCs for $60/month. Change or cancel any time.
Yes. Add a website with one form and it's created from a ready-made template with the business details filled in. You edit pages, menus, colors, fonts and SEO in the same workspace.
Yes. You get the exact DNS records to set, with a live check that tells you when the domain points at our servers. The domain is then connected with a secure (https) certificate.
No. Previews on our server only open for you while you're signed in. Visitors only see the site on its own domain.
No. Open a page in the visual editor and edit it right on the page: click the text and type, use the toolbar for headings, links and lists, and click a picture to replace it. If you do know HTML, the full code editor is one click away, and anything written in code stays exactly as it is when you edit visually.
Yes, built in. Open a website and choose Visitor stats: visitors, page views, pages per visitor, how many are on phones, visitors per day compared with the period before, top pages and where visitors came from. The website editor also opens on your top websites for the last 30 days.
Yes. Add its domain under Settings → External sites and paste the one line of code it gives you into the site's pages (on WordPress, a header-scripts plugin or your theme header). Its visitors then show up with the same report, and in your top websites. Visits only count when they come from that site's own domain.
No. A visit is counted with a daily anonymous code, so no cookies are set and nothing personal (like the visitor's IP address) is stored. Bots aren't counted, and you can leave out your own office's IP address.
An optional add-on that drafts page content and SEO descriptions with Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic. You describe the page, review the draft and choose whether to use it. It never makes up phone numbers, prices or reviews; it leaves placeholders for you to fill in. A number of drafts each month can be included with your plan, or you can connect your own Claude API key with no monthly limit.
Yes. Every workspace has its own private database. Your clients and computers are never stored alongside anyone else's.
Sign-in passwords are stored hashed and repeated wrong guesses are locked out. Database passwords and email or API keys are stored encrypted, and they're never shown in full once saved.
Yes. Emails carry your business name and replies come to you. You can also connect your own ZeptoMail account to send from your own domain.
Only when you ask for help. Each time we open your workspace for support, it's recorded in your activity log.
Free for 14 days. No credit card needed to start.
We're happy to walk you through it.
