Built inside a working IT service business.

Where it came from

Supporting small businesses and households means juggling a lot at once: dozens of clients, hundreds of computers, backups that have to keep working, and websites that need updating. Spreadsheets and a handful of separate tools couldn't keep up, so we built one system that does it all, and we've used it to run our own IT service businesses every day since.

Everything in it exists because we needed it on a real Monday morning: seeing which computers went quiet over the weekend, which drives are filling up, which backups failed, and which warranties are about to run out, before a client has to call.

Who it's for

IT service and managed-service providers, from a one-person shop to a small team, who look after clients' computers and often their websites too. If you want fewer surprises and more time for the work clients actually pay for, it's built for you.

How we run it

We host everything for you. There's no software to install and no server to maintain: you sign in from a browser on any computer, phone or tablet. Every workspace has its own private database, so your clients and their computers are never mixed with anyone else's, and passwords and keys are stored encrypted.

Your clients see your business, not ours. Workspace colors, your business name on emails and your own email signature come as standard, and the websites you build live on your clients' own domains.

What we promise

Your data is yours. If a license ends, your workspace is locked, not deleted, and websites you've published keep running while you sort it out. When we open your workspace to help with a support question, it's recorded in your activity log.
